HOW TO GET TO BHUTAN
To obtain your tourist visa, you simply have to book through a local tour operator like Bhutan Homestay, approved and licensed by the Tourism Council of Bhutan.
All you have to do is send us an E-MAIL and tell us about your ideas and expectations. We will then sketch a draft with cost calculation. If you are happy with the suggestions and confirm your trip with Bhutan Homestay, we will develop a detailed itinerary together with you, carefully taking into account your demands and interests. We will invoice you for payment based on the tour costing and after the full tour payment is deposited with the Tourism Council, we will process your visa. Our guides are trained to adjust to ad-hoc changes if required. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances might demand for more flexibility from your side as well. Causes can range from heavy rain resulting in landslides, road blocks due to road works, to sudden events in the village homes where you were booked.
